These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Martin's Collision Center's services and website. By using our collision repair services or visiting our website, you agree to these terms.
Service Agreement
- All collision repair work is performed by certified technicians using industry-standard practices
- Estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
- Work authorization must be provided before any repairs begin
- Additional repairs discovered during the repair process will be communicated and approved before proceeding
- We reserve the right to refuse service if safety concerns or other issues arise
Warranty and Guarantees
- We provide a lifetime workmanship guarantee on all collision repair work for as long as you own the vehicle
- Paint work is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for the life of the vehicle
- Parts warranties are subject to manufacturer terms and conditions
- Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear
- All warranty claims must be reported promptly and inspected by our technicians
Liability and Insurance
- Martin's Collision Center maintains appropriate business insurance coverage
- We work directly with most insurance companies as a preferred repair facility
- Customers are responsible for their insurance deductibles and any non-covered items
- We are not responsible for personal items left in vehicles during repair
- Liability is limited to the cost of repairs performed
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of repairs unless other arrangements are made
- We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
- Insurance payments are accepted directly from insurance companies
- A storage fee may apply for vehicles not picked up within 10 days of completion
- Unpaid balances may result in a mechanic's lien on the vehicle
Additional Terms
Modifications: These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and Campbell County jurisdiction.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation or mediation before pursuing legal action.
